Return and Refund

At Mismo Jewelry, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. Please review our return policy guidelines below:

Eligibility: All returned items must be unworn, have tags still attached and original packaging intact. Please note that refunds will only be given if you notify us within 30 days of receiving your parcel and in order to obtain a refund on a set of earrings, we ask you notify the team of the return within 48 hours of receipt due to hygiene reasons.

Exchanges: We currently do not offer direct exchange services. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. Contact us at after placing your new order, and we will process a return for the item you wish to return.

Sale Items and Promotions: Sale items, discounted items, and items purchased with promotional codes are not eligible for exchange or return.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at within 30 business days of receiving your parcel. We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return. Please ensure that the return is sent using a mailing method with tracking, as we are not responsible for any lost parcels.

Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We do not provide return shipment labels.

Refund Policy: Mismo Jewelry has a no cash-refund policy. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method, excluding any shipping fees.

Wrong Item Received: If you receive a wrong item, please take a clear snapshot of it and email us at within 1-2 business days of receiving the parcel. We will assist you in resolving the issue.
